Shoots Down Two and Takes His Own Life

Sidney, N.Y. – AP – Asked to find another home, Elmer Seeley, 73, fatally wounded his landlord, Scott Curtis, 48, tried to kill Mrs. Curtis, then committed suicide.

Seeley had been a boarder at the Curtis home for several years but lately, Mrs. Curtis said they had found it hard to get along with the aged man and asked him to move.

He shot Curtis three times and fired twice at Mrs. Curtis, but missed. Then he fired a bullet into his temple
