Funeral services for Floris C. (Speed) Seeley, 50, Marinette resident who died Saturday, will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Zeitler funeral home.

The Rev. Joseph McRaniels of Church of the Nazarene of Marinette will officiate and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. today until the time of services.

A native of Eau Claire, Mr. Seeley was born July 14, 1917. On May 3, 1946, he married the former Mildred Hanson of Stephenson and the couple moved to Marinette in 1947. He was employed as a chef at Grabys, the Dome and Marinette Hotel until illness forced his retirement tow and a half year ago.

Besides his widow, he is survived by a son, Donald at home; a daughter, Mrs. Gary Tarbox of Eau Claire; his mother, Mrs. Lillian Seeley of Eau Clair; a sister, Mrs. Lawrence Dissmore of Eau Clair; two brothers, Winton and Everett of Eau Claire, and two grandchildren. His father, Lester Seeley, died in 1948.
