Francis (Frank) Joseph Seeley was born February 12, 1917 in Hoboken, New Jersey. Frank passed away August 5, 2001 in Provo, Utah.

Married Marian J. Morby, Jan. 12, 1945 in Los Angeles, CA. The marriage was later solemnized in the Los Angeles Temple. Active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He is survived by his wife, daughters; Linda J. Peterson, Christina J. Csanadi, son: Carleton J. Sr., 15 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

After graduating from high school at age 15, he left college to work in radio in New York. Frank was a captain the U.S. Army and in the Reserves. He was one of the creators of the Armed Forces Radio Service in Hollywood. Moving to San Diego he opened his own advertising agency, which he had for 25 years. He returned to school and obtained a Masters degree and taught Mass Communications at San Diego State, University of San Diego, Grossmont College, BYI, and UVSC. Frank was active in local, state, and federal government most recently as neighborhood chairman, and on the cable board in Provo. During his last few years he reentered the acting field and appeared in commercials, movies, and several episodes of “Touched by An Angel”, and LDS Church videos.

Funeral services Friday 11:30 a.m., August 10, 2001 at the Edgemont S. Stake Center, 350 E. 2950 N. Provo. Friends may call Thursday 7-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary 4760 So. State St. Murray and Friday one hour prior to services at the church. Interment Utah Veteran’s Memorial Park.
