Frank J. Seeley, 92, of 17 St. John’s Court died Saturday.

A native of Milo, Mr. Seeley started the “Seeley Says” clothing business in Penn Yan. He later moved to Canandaigua and in 1926 established a clothing business on Main Street.

He retired in 1954 after the Odd Fellows Building, where his business was located, was destroyed by fire.

Mr. Seeley was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church, the IOOF, and was active in community affairs.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Stanton of Rochester and Mrs. Richard Kensil of Rochester; six grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two step-daughters, Mrs. Charles W. Selover of Clifton Park, N.Y. and Mrs. Harvey Foster of Rochester.

Friends may call at the Kennedy and Son Funeral Home today from 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at St. John’s Church, North Main Street, tomorrow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. An Odd Fellows’ service will be held at 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
