Frank Seeley, 71, of 490 Grant, died Wednesday at the Weber Memorial Hospital in Roy.

Mr. Seeley was born Nov. 22, 1903, in Castle Dale, Utah, a son of Justus W. and Mary Jorgenson Seeley.

On Oct. 30, 1929, he was married to Orba D. Sanders in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

He formerly farmed at Castle Dale and was a custodian for the Utah School for the Deaf.

He was a member of the LDS Branch for the Deaf and had been active as a high priest and branch clerk. He was a member of the Utah Association for the Deaf.

He had lived in Castle Dale prior to moving to Ogden 33 years ago.

Surviving are his widow of Ogden; two sons, Frank S. Seeley, Bellevue, Wash.; Larry Dean Seeley, Bozeman, Mont.; three daughters, Mrs. Norman (Beth) Sevy, Ogden; Mrs. Robert (Leah) Neilson, Mrs. Pete P. (Marilyn) Martinez, both of Roy; 18 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Dora Otterstrom, Castle Dale, Utah; Mrs. Stella Allen, Salt Lake City.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Myers Mortuary Chapel in Ogden with President Kenneth Kinner of the LDS Branch for the Deaf officiating.

Friends may call at the mortuary Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday prior to services. Interment will be in the Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
