Mrs. Frank Seeley

Mrs. Goldie Nellis Seeley, 76, of 526 W. Church St. died at her home at 11:50 p. m. Sunday evening.

She was born at Halton Sept. 16, 1892 the daughter of Lawrence and Delia Reairgh Nellis. She married Frank Seeley who died five years ago.

She is survived by one son, Laird B. Prody of Titusville; two daughters, Mrs. Martha Luce of Oil City and Miss Twila Seeley of Titusvillle; a brother, Charles Nellis of Rocky Grove; two half brothers, Arthur Nellis of Titusville and Owen Nellis of Hydetown; 19 Grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Two sons, two brothers and two sisters died previously.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Theodore W. Kuhns Funeral Home.

The funeral service for Mrs. Goldie Nellis Seeley was conducted Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Theodore W. Kuhns Funeral Home with Rev. L.J. Lindsay, retired superintendent of the Oil City Conference, officiating.

Interment was in Jerusalem Corners Cemetery with the following as pallbearers: Thomas Prody Jr., William Luce, Arthur Nellis Jr., Thomas B. Prody, Herbert Prody and Richard Prody.

Friends and relatives attending from out of town included Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Seeley of York, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Seeley of Jamestown, N.Y.; Mrs. Martha Luce, William Luce, Louise Kraft, Miss Nancy Norris, Mrs. Violet Ender, Mrs. Robert N. Nellis, Mrs. Doris Prody and family, all of Oil City; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Nellis of Rocky Grove, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bish of Conneaut Lake; Mrs. Robert Gustafson of Ashtabula, Ohio; Mrs. Harry Nellis and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Nellis of Madison, Ohio; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hills of Meadville and Mrs. Carol Maurerer of Warren.

Mrs. Seeley is also survived by three step-sons, Lawrence Seeley of Spring Grove, Paul Seeley of Jamestown, N.Y. and Lee Symonds of Anaheim, Calif.
