Harold Floyd Seeley

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2000, in Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in West Linn for Harold Floyd Seeley, who died April 22 at age 76.

Mr. Seeley was born March 3, 1924, in Lincoln, Neb. During World War II, he served in the U.S. Army in Austria and Italy. After moving to West Linn in 1957, he worked for U.S. National Bank until 1972 and then was comptroller for Wilson Industries, a heavy-equipment leasing company, until retiring in 1986. He was a past president of the Oregon City Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce and had been an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 149. He was an elder in the church. In 1944, he married Ellen Simonton.

Survivors include his wife; sons, Jim and Bob; daughter, Lorraine Rowlette; sister, Gwen Vogt; and six grandchildren.

Private interment will be in Willamette National Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances to his church. Arrangements are by Holman-Hankins-Bowker & Waud.
