Muskogee, Okla. – Hoyt V. Seeley, 84, of Muskogee, Okla., formerly of Fort Smith, died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2002, in Muskogee. He was born Oct. 9, 1917, in Charleston. He was a partner in the wholesale grocery and bakery business, went to work for Frisco Railroad as a brakeman, a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church, a 50 year plus member of Masonic Lodge Belle Point No. 20, the Western Arkansas Scottish Rite in Fort Smith, York Rite in Van Buren and Bedouin Shrine in Muskogee, Okla. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home Chapel in Muskogee, Okla., with burial at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith.

He is survived by his wife, Nellie; a sister, Mardell Finsel of Fort Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
