Janet Greth Gwilliam Seeley, 77, died Saturday, December 29, 2001 at University Hospital in Salt Lake City. Cause of death was respiratory failure.
She was born September 3, 1924 in Ogden, daughter of Henry C. and Arvilla West Gwilliam. Raised in Ogden, she attended Ogden High School and moved to Salt Lake City when she married Clifford Seeley in June 1944. She was a member of the LDS Church and worked for Westinghouse.
Survivors include a sister, Marilyn Corey, Riverton, WY; a daughter, Dorothy Bishop, Cottage Grove, OR; one grandson and two great-grandchildren. Greth was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Jack W. Gwilliam; and a sister, Margaret Gwilliam Wright.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 8th at the Cannon Fifth Ward in Salt Lake City. Inurnment will be at Ogden City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cannon Fifth Ward, 1250 W. 1400 So., Salt Lake City, UT 84104.
