A memorial service was scheduled for this morning at 11 o’clock at the Saddle River Reformed Church, Upper Saddle River, N.J., for Mrs. Clayton M. Seeley, a former teacher in Poughkeepsie, who died Monday at the Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, N.J. She resided in Upper Saddle River.

The former Joan A. Rasch, she received her bachelors degree in home economics from the former Buffalo State Teachers College, now the University of Buffalo, and her masters degree from the teachers college at Columbia University. Mrs. Seeley taught school in Poughkeepsie, Tuxedo and Waldwich, N.J., and was a member of the faculty of the University of Delaware for a short time. She was a member of the Augustus H. Crown Chapter No. 619, Order of the Eastern Star, North Tonowanda.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a brother, Dr. Carl H. Rasch, North Tonawanda.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
