On January 1, 1978, at Beltsville, Md., Husband of Bette I. Seeley, son of Margaret Seeley, father of John D. Seeley, Jr., April Anne Mazzeo, Deborah K. Shirley, Christine Marie and Elizabeth Seeley, also survived by five grandchildren.
