John M. Seeley

Jon M. Seeley, 50, of Morrisville, Pa., died on Thursday, Oct. 8, in Aria Health Services, Falls Township Pa.

Born in Perth Amboy, N.J., he was a resident of Morrisville for over 10 years before moving here from Raven Rock, N.J. He was also a resident of Alexandria Township before moving to Raven Rock.

He was employed for several years as a chemical engineer for the Air Products Corporation, Morrisville.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1982 to 1986.

He was a history and politics buff, and his hobby was woodworking. He was also a diehard Mets and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

His wife, Kathie L. Cronce Seeley survives him as well as his daughter, Gerrie L. Reddinger and her husband, C. Thomas, of Dillsburg, Pa.; a grandson, Carter T. Reddinger; his parents, Ralph L. "Hitch" and Annette Morga Seeley of Bushkill; his maternal grandmother, Mildred Morga of Matawan, N.J.; a sister, Diana L. Gerson and her husband, David, of Plymouth, Pa.; and two nephews, David Fallat and Bryan Gerson.

Relatives and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14, in the Morrisville Presbyterian Church, 771 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, in the Hutchinson Memorial Chapel of the church with the Rev. Dr. Ronald Rosenau, Pastor officiating. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. in Maplewood Cemetery, Maplewood, Pa.
