John Seeley

John Seeley, 79, of Princeton, died February 7 at the University Medical Center at Princeton.

Born in Newark, he had been a resident of Princeton for more than 40 years.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the European campaign.

He was employed for many years with General Electric in Trenton.

An avid golfer, he was also a member of the Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad and American Legion Post No. 76.

Son of the late Sanford and Madeline Seeley, he is survived by his wife of 52 years, Aurora (Lisi); a son, Jack of Belle Mead; a daughter, Patricia Clausen of Plainsboro; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

The funeral service and interment will be private. There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are under the direction of The Kimble Funeral Home.
