John S. Seeley Worked at General Electric

John S. Seeley of Princeton died Saturday at University Medical Center at Princeton. He was 79.

Born in Newark, he was a Princeton area resident more than 40 years.

He was employed for many years at General Electric in Trenton.

He was a member of the Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad and American Legion Post 76.

He was an avid golfer.

An Army veteran of World War II, he served in the European campaign.

Son of the late Sanford and Madeline Seeley, he is survived by his wife of 52 years, Aurora (Lisi) Seeley; son and daughter-in-law Jack and Betty Seeley of Belle Mead; daughter and son-in-law Patricia and John Clausen of Plainsboro; grandchildren Stephen, Lauren, Meghan, Caitlyn and John; and great-granddaughter Paige.

There will be no calling hours.

Funeral and interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad, PO Box 529, Princeton, NJ 08542.

Arrangements are by Kimble Funeral Home, Princeton.
