1957-2006
Kenneth J. Seeley, 49, passed away unexpectedly on October 6th, 2006. Ken was born in Sylvania, OH April 17th, 1957 and moved to south Florida in June 1975. He was preceded in death by his father, John Seeley and survived by his wife, Theresa Seeley, (Bechamps); daughter, Jessica Fraguela; granddaughter, Alyssa Fraguela; his mother, Joanne Seeley; sister, Debbie Tarpy; two nieces and two nephews. Ken was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend of all who knew him. He was a Professional Land Surveyor in Miami and the Florida Keys for over 24 years as vice president of E.N. Bechamps and Associates. Ken was a friend and teacher of many aspiring surveyors. He was an accomplished sailor who lived on his sailboat in Marathon, Florida with his wife, Theresa. Ken loved to ride his Harley. He recently received his boat Captain's license, he was living his dream working at what he really loved, being on the water. Ken was a free soul and a friend of many free souls throughout Florida and the Florida Keys. He was loved and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Ken's name to the Heart Association. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 9, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. at Harvey Engelhardt Metz Funeral Home located at 1306 Lafayette St., Cape Coral, FL 33904, Phone: 239-542-2134.
