Amsterdam – Kristin M. Seeley, 21, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 20, 2007. Funeral services will be held on Sat., March 24 at 11 a.m. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave., Amsterdam. Interment will be in St. Casimir’s Cemetery, Amsterdam. Calling hours on Fri., March 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Kristin M. Seeley, 21, of Woodrow Rd., Amsterdam passed away unexpectedly Tuesday March 20, 2007 at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on June 19, 1985 the daughter of Robert A. Seeley and Ann M. Penman Seeley. She was a lifelong resident of Amsterdam and was a 2003 Graduate of the Special Education Program through Amsterdam High School.

She was employed through the Liberty Enterprises CEN Program and also worked at Price Chopper in Amsterdam for a short time. She was of the Roman Catholic Faith and attended St. Casimir’s Roman Catholic Church in Amsterdam.

Kristin loved being with her family and friends. She enjoyed music, talking on the phone with her friends, wearing jewelry, getting her nails done and being online on her computer. She also loved her pet cat “Sammi”.

She is survived by her parents, Robert A. Seeley of Russellville, Arkansas. Her mother, Ann M. Penman Seeley of Amsterdam, one brother, Robert L. Seeley of Amsterdam, one sister, Janice K. Seeley of Amsterdam, A maternal grandmother, Phyllis Penman of Hagaman. Aunts, uncles and several cousins also survive.

Kristin was pre-deceased by her uncle, David L. Penman in 1988 and her paternal grandparents, Antoinette and Robert Seeley and maternal grandfather, Leland G. Penman who recently passed away in 2005.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 24, 2007 at 11:00A.M. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam with the Rev. Stanislaus Swierzowski presiding. Interment will be in St. Casimir’s Cemetery, Amsterdam. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday March 23, 2007 from 4-7:00P.M at the funeral home.
