LAWRENCE L. SEELEY, 40, of 216 Basin St., died unexpectedly yesterday after suffering a heart attack while at work for Warren Bros. Roads Co. He was pronounced dead at Crouse-Irving Hospital.

A native of Heuvelton, he had resided in Syracuse for five years and was a Teamsters Union member. A former communicant of Notre Dame Church, Ogdensburg, he had attended Assumption Church in Syracuse.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Phyllis LaFave Seeley; two daughters, Miss Loretta and Miss Barbara Seeley; a brother, John Seeley of DePeyster; three sisters, Mrs. Edward Backus, Mrs. Clarence Backus, both of Syracuse and Mrs. Harley Besio of Clay; and several nieces and nephews, one aunt and two uncles.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Nichols Funeral Home, New York Ave., Ogdensburg, and at 9:30 a.m. in Notre Dame Church, Ogdensburg. Burial will be in the family plot in Canton.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
