Leslie L. Seeley


Leslie L. Seeley, 67, of Otter Creek, Maine, died April 27, 1975 at a Bar Harbor, Maine hospital.

He was born in Dennysville, Maine June 20, 1907, son of Emery and Delia (Smith) Seeley.

He was employed for the past 20 years as caretaker at the Ordway Estate, Northeast Harbor, Maine.

He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Norman (Rosemond) Walls, Mrs. Cecil (Arnona) Parsons, both of Otter Creek, Maine, Mrs. Gerald (Barbara) Baker of Bangor, Maine, Mrs. Maurice (Patricia) Kelley of Bernard, Maine, Mrs. Ora (Anna) Thurston of Stillwater, Maine; three brothers, Percy of Dennysville, Maine, Carl and Edmond, Emery Jr. of Philadelphia, Penn.; four sisters, Mrs. Frank (Eudora) McDonald of Campobello, Maine, Mrs. Ronald (Ella) Lingley and Mrs. Elmer (Eleta) Doran, both of Pembroke, Maine, Mrs. Robert (Vivian) Smith of Brooklin; 23 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the McFarland Funeral Home, Bar Harbor, Maine with the Rev. George B. McDonald officiating.

Burial was in the Otter Creek Cemetery, Maine.
