Lloyd Seeley

Lloyd Seeley, 85, Punta Gorda, died June 20, 2006, at Peace River Nursing Center.

He was born Jan. 1, 1921, in Ripley, N.Y., and came to the Punta Gorda area in 1955.

Survivors include children Robert of Russellville, Ala., Richard of Weldon, Calif., Dennis of Victorville, Calif., and Lorraine Logsdon of Asheville, N.C.; a brother, Fred of Ripley; a sister, Lucille Hubbard of Ripley; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Burial was in Charlotte Memorial Gardens in Punta Gorda. Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home in Punta Gorda was in charge.

Lloyd Seeley

Lloyd Seeley, 85, of Punta Gorda, Fla., passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at the Peace River Nursing Center.

He was born Jan. 1, 1921, in Ripley, N.Y.

Mr. Seeley moved with his family to Punta Gorda in 1955. He was a resident of the Peace River Nursing Center.

Mr. Seeley is survived by his four children, Robert of Russellville, Ala., Richard (Tondra) of Weldon, Calif., Dennis (Noriko) of Victorville, Calif., and Lorraine (Michael) Logsdon of Ashville, N.C.; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a brother, Fred (Winn) Seeley and a sister, Lucille Hubbard, both of Ripley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donita Gordon; his parents, Harley and Margaret Seeley; and a sister, Arloween May.

Interment was at Charlotte Memorial Gardens in Punta Gorda.

Arrangements are by Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home, Cremation Services and Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Punta Gorda
