BOSCOBEL, Wis. - Lois E. Seeley, 92, of Boscobel, died Sunday, June 4, 2000, at the Boscobel Area Health Care.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Beeman-Patchak Funeral Home, Boscobel, with the Rev. Stan Pegram officiating. Burial will be in the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call after noon Wednesday at the funeral home.

She was born on Feb. 2, 1908, in Livingston, daughter of Ferdinan and Louise (Olesen) Krahn. She married Wilbert Seeley on June 18, 1923, in Boscobel; he preceded her in death.

Surviving are two daughters, Peggy (Wendall) Rice, of Platteville, and Doris (Jack) Hamele, of Portage; two sons, Richard (Margaret) Seeley, of Boscobel, and Wilbert (Patricia) Seeley Jr., of Lake Wood, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and several stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Bessie Taft, of Boscobel; a brother, Karl (June) Krahn, of Gays Mills; and a sister-in-law, Mildred Krahn, of Prairie du Chien.

She also was preceded in death by a son, John; a great-grandson, Mark Seeley; two brothers, Maxwell and Harold Krahn; and a sister, Alice Loomis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the Boscobel Rescue Squad.
