Lydia V. Seeley

Mrs. Lydia V. Seeley, widow of James Seeley, died at her home, 191 Linden avenue, Tuesday afternoon. She was born at Mount Peter, N.Y., November second, 1849, a daughter of Joseph B. and Sarah Ann Smith Burroughs, and was a member of St. Paul’s Methodist Episcopal church. She also was connected with the Methodist church when it was on South street, where the Home for Aged Women is now, in 1867.

Surviving relatives are one daughter, Anna, wife of Roland Baird of Newark, N.J. and two sisters, Mrs. K.E. Ennis of Paterson, N.J. and Mrs. Josephine Cuester at home, also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the home Friday morning at eleven o’clock with the Rev. James A. Leach officiating. Interment will be in Hillside cemetery.

Funeral of Mrs. Seeley

The funeral of Mrs. James Seeley, 191 Linden Avenue, was held at her home Friday at eleven o’clock with the Rev. James A. Leach officiating. The pallbearers were Roy, Edward, Joseph, Bert and William Ennis and Royland Baird. Interment was in Hillside cemetery.
