Mark Seeley, 52, died at 6 a.m. Sunday at the home of his brother, Clay Seeley of Haverhill, following a four weeks’ illness of influenza and complications.

He was a son of Samuel and Sarah Bell Burns Seeley and was born Feb. 27, 1884 in Green township and had lived in the Haverhill community all his life. He lived on the John Butterfield farm, and worked for Mr. Butterfield for the last 15 years.

He is survived by three brothers and three sisters: Clay Seeley, Jura Seeley and Mrs. Lillian Seeley of Ironton and Mrs. May Cotter of Dayton.

Funeral will be held at the Clay Seeley home at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. H.A. Smith of the Haverhill M.E. church officiating. Burial will be in Buckeye cemetery there under the direction of Windel-Howland.
