Publication Marlene E. Seeley – Of Flint, Age 66, died Tuesday March 26, 2002 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday March 29, at Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Mr. Vernon Lawrence officiating with burial in Flint Memorial Park. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Family will receive friends Thursday 9-9 pm and Friday from 9 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Marlene was born May 6, 1935 in Flint the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl and Helen (Coone) Baker. She and Ralph Seeley were united in marriage June 6, 1953 in Flint. She enjoyed knitting, bowling, music and her flowers, she had a green thumb. Survivors include: husband, Ralph; 9 children: Gloria and Edward Cliber of Clio; Randy and Joanne Seeley of Ohio; Craig and Catherine Peterson of Birch Run; Reine and Dewaine Baldwin of Burton; James and Connie Mims of Mt. Morris; Fred Seeley of Flint; Rick and Michelle Cox of Flint; time and Mary Mauer of Clio; John and Jenni Seeley of WI; 23 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 sisters; Jeanette Moore; Yvonne and Harold Terry; sister-in-law: Mary and husband Robert Smith; brother-in-law: Phillip and wife Betty Williams; many nieces and nephews; Special thanks to 9 tower McLaren Nurses for all their support.
