Another death that brought sadness to many homes in this city was that of Mrs. E. Seeley which occurred at Greeley, Iowa, at the home of her son, Harry E. Seeley, Sunday morning, June 15.

She grew to womanhood in her native state, and on Oct. 20, 1860 (corrected to Oct. 21, 1861), and Hampton (corrected to Gerard), Ohio, she was united in marriage to Erwin Seeley. To this union two sons were born, George, who passed away at Minneapolis, Minnesota June 21, 1920, and Harry E. In 1880 Mr. Seeley came to Oxford Mills where he was employed by the C.M. & St. Paul Railway Co. with which company he was engaged until only a few years before his death. A year later he was joined by his wife and children and they moved to this city, where they called Home. Mrs. Seeley had been in poor health for several years and it was thought best that she make her home with her son where she could have their personal care and attention. She seemed to enjoying fairly good health until six weeks ago when she was stricken with an illness from which she never recovered and passed away early Sunday morning.
