MARY H. SEELEY, ONCE OF NORWOOD, DIES AT 70

Mary H. Seeley, 70, Ocala, Fla., formerly of Depot Street, died Monday at Monroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala, Fla.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Buck Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dan Corretore, pastor of the United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Surviving are her husband, Luell; two sons, William J. Brouse Jr., Martinez, Ga., and James H. Brouse, Johnstown; three daughters, Martha Devenroe, Tribes Hill, JoAnn DeShane, Sherrill, and Judith Brouse, Amsterdam; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild and a sister, Elizabeth Hinkle, Johnstown.

Born June 21, 1924, in Ogdensburg, a daughter of John and Ida Simonds Hall, she married William J. Brouse on Jan. 25, 1944. He died Jan. 11, 1970. She married Luell Seeley in November 1971.

Mrs. Seeley was a secretary at Clarkson University, Potsdam.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Ester Circle of Ocala West United Methodist Church.

Mary H. Seeley, 70, retired secretary

OCALA -- Mary H. Seeley, 70, a retired secretary, died Dec. 12, 1994, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.

A native of Norwood, N.Y., she moved here 12 years ago. She was a member and an Ester Circle of the Ocala West United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Luell Seeley, Ocala; daughters, Martha Devenroe, Johnston, N.Y., JoAnn DeShane, Sherrill, N.Y., and Judith Brouse, Amsterdam, N.Y.; sons, William Brouse, Martinez, Ga., and James Brouse, Johnston; and a sister, Elizabeth Hinkle, Ocala.

Bruce Funeral Home, Ocala West Chapel, is handling arrangements.
