Maureen J. Seeley

Maureen J. Seeley, 71, of 343 Roosevelt St., died Friday, July 26, 2002, at St. Agnes Hospital.

She was born April 18, 1931, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of George and Rose Hardimon Seeley.

She was a 1950 graduate of Goodrich Senior High School.

She had worked at Mercury Marine, retiring in 1989. Prior to working at Mercury Marine, she worked at Newberry's and Woolworth's.

She was a member of the Fond du Lac Eagles Aerie Auxiliary 270. She enjoyed playing bingo, needlework, and Wisconsin countryside and weekend drives.

She is survived by two sisters, Virginia Frisque and Bernice (Donald) Hausauer of Fond du Lac one brother, Eugene (Nelda) Seeley, Phoenix, Ariz. special friend and her companion for 29 years, Harland Gregor and his family nieces and nephews and special friends.

She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Edward Frisque.

Services: A Liturgy of The Word Service will be held at 7 p.m. today, July 28, 2002, at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, with the Rev. John Radetski officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today, July 28, 2002, at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.

Memorials are appreciated to the American Diabetes Association or Parkinson Disease Research.
