Services for Merle K. Seeley, 56, a resident of 112 Cedar Terrace North, who died Sunday morning at the Floyd County Memorial Hospital, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hauser Funeral with burial in the Little Cedar Cemetery. The Rev. David Heck, associate pastor of the St. John Lutheran Church, will officiate.

Merle Kenneth Seeley was born Jan. 12, 1922 in Osakis, Minn., the son of Myron and Edith Bird Seeley. He was educated in the rural schools near Osakis, and had been a Charles City resident since 1940.

Surviving is a daughter; Mrs. David (Kathleen) Johnson, Riceville, three sisters; Mrs. Gladys Jones and Mrs. Dorothy Schuldt, both of Osakis, and Mrs. Beatrice Wilson, Minneapolis, Minn., and four brothers; Clyde, Danville, Ill., Claude and De Forrest, both of Spokane, Wash., and Wayne Seeley, Backus, Minn. The Hauser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
