MERVIL JOHN SEELEY, 69, of Port Richey died Friday at Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital in Tarpon Springs. A native of Long Branch, N.J., he moved to this area seven years ago from Norcross, Ga. He was a retired civil engineer, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, life master of the American Contract Bridge League and member of the Society of Professional Engineers and Faith United Methodist Church in New Port Richey. He is survived by his wife, Kate; three daughters, Cathy of Austin, Texas, Pat of Boring, Ore., and Janet Blouin of Lawrenceville, Ga.; a brother, Howard of Arlington, Va.; three sisters, Alice Davidson of Vermont, Lois West of Long Branch, and Betty Fornataro of Oakhurst, N.J.; and four grandchildren. Bell Funeral Home, Bayonet Point.
