DEXTER - Nancy L. (Crocker) Seeley, 61, died August 12, 1998 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born August 13, 1936 in Skowhegan, the daughter of John and Alice (Donnelly) Crocker. She retired from Dexter Shoe Company in 1972 due to failing health. She was a member of Shirley B. Carter Post # 4298 VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband of nearly 45 years, Orville M. Seeley of Dexter; a brother, John Crocker, Jr. of Leavittown, PA; three sisters, June Mitchell of Skowhegan, Constance Mileti of Lynn, MA and Joyce Godin of Newport; several nieces and nephews. At her request there was no visitation. A graveside committal service was held at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter with Maurice Neal officiating. Arrangements were by the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home in Dexter.
