RALPH SEELEY

Ralph Seeley, 54, of Knoxville RD, died Wednesday, March 15, 1961 in Wellsboro Hospital. He had been ill two years.

Born in Deerfield Township, the son of Herbert and Annabelle Wright Seeley. Mr. Seeley was a farmer.

He was a member of Valley Grange, a Civil Defense director, a member of the Dairymen’s League Association and of Cowanesque Valley Saddle Club.

Surviving are his widow, Harriet Preston Seeley; four daughters, Mrs. Marion Newberry of Osceola, Mrs. Helen Pratt, of Knoxville, Mrs. Marlene Palumbo of Scranton, and Miss Gail Seeley at home; two sons, Robert of Woodhull, N.Y., and Mark of Knoxville; one brother Wright Seeley of California; two sisters, Mrs. Stella Van Gorden of Elkland and Mrs. Dorothy Pearson of Elmira, N.Y. and 14 grandchildren.

The funeral was held Saturday with the Rev. Edward Walker officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.
