TORRINGTON - Mr. Richard G. Seeley Jr., 48, passed away on Sept. 23, 2006, at his home after a long illness.

Mr. Seeley was born in Medford, Mass., on Nov. 21, 1957, and moved to Watertown where he grew up and attended Watertown High School. He was the owner of Seeley's German Imports, being one who always enjoyed working with animals.

In 1988 he became a proud father of a baby girl, and in 1991 the proud father, once again, to his son. He loved the outdoors, fishing, automobiles, and most importantly, his family.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Lynn, his two children, Amanda and Christopher, and his very special "Mom and Pop," Julie and George Germond of Watertown.

Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28, at United Congregational Church, 1622 Torringford St. Friends may call at the Gleeson Mortuary, 258 Prospect St., on Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m.
