SEELEY, ROBERT, 70, of New Port Richey, died Wednesday (Sept. 8, 1999) at Community Hospital of New Port Richey. Born in Gary, Ind., he came here 21 years ago from Racine, Wis. He was a vice president of J.I.K. He was Protestant. He was a Marine during the Korean War, a member of the Masonic Lodge in Indiana and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in New Port Richey.
