SEELEY, Rodney "Bob" P. 79, of Arlington, Texas, passed from this earth on June 28, 2008. He was born on August 11, 1928, in Salem, Mass., and raised in Danvers, Mass. He was in the Navy from July 1946 to 1948. While he was stationed in Jacksonville, Fla., he met his wife, Dorothy, and was married in September 1948. They moved to Dayton, Ohio, for him to begin his career at National Cash Register as an accountant. They had 2 daughters. He retired from NCR after 38 years of service and went on to work at Mike-sell's Potato Chip Company as an inventory specialist and retired again. He then became a part-time driver for The Franciscan of Saint Leonard Center. He and his wife were active members of Fairhaven Church in Kettering, Ohio. He and his wife moved to Arlington in 2003. He was an avid bowler, with even a few 300 games and many awards and honors. He will be buried in Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rodney and Doris Seeley, his sister, Evelyn Wickli, and daughter, Linda Dubel. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Seeley of Arlington, TX, daughter, Nancy Measures, and her husband William of Arlington, Texas, his sister, Nancy Matthews of Dayton, OH, and his sister-in-law, Nedora Wiggins, and her husband Richard of Yellow Springs, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews.
