VIOLA MACINTYRE SEELEY

Viola MacIntyre Seeley, 85, of Grand Avenue died Wednesday, May 17, 2000, in Lake Haven Manor.

She was born in Duluth to Oscar and Anna Tillman. She graduated from Denfeld High School and was a former member of First Covenant Church. Her husband, Robert J. MacIntyre, died in 1947, and she raised all six children by herself. She was a very caring person who loved everyone and always said ''thank you.'' Her family would like to express a special thank you to the staff at Lake Haven Manor.

She was also preceded in death by her second husband, Gordon, in 1993; her son, Robert MacIntyre in 1999; and grandchildren Tawnya McGreevy in 1993 and Brian McGreevy in 1994.

She is survived by daughters Lorraine (James) Erkkila of Proctor, Leora (John) Busch of Duluth and Marge (Richard) McGreevy of Duluth; sons Delbert MacIntyre of Duluth and Morgan MacIntyre of Hermantown; a brother, Lloyd (Shirley) Tillman of Duluth; fiance of the late Robert MacIntyre, Ruth Kuka of Duluth; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Tina Marie of Duluth.

Visitation: 5-7 p.m. today and 10 until the 11 a.m. service Saturday in Bell Brothers Chapel. Burial in Sunrise Memorial Park. Arrangements by Bell Brothers Funeral Directors, Bell Brothers Chapel, 601 N. 56th Ave. W.
