VIRGINIA WINKLE SEELEY

Virginia Winkle Seeley, age 53, died September 17, 1994 in Salt Lake City.

Born February 2, 1941 in Scottfield, Illinois to Col. Charles B. and Margaret Louise Parsons Winkle. Married de Benneville K. Seeley, Jr. September 21, 1964 in St. Mark's Cathedral in Salt Lake City. Member of PEO Sisterhood, Chapter E. and formerly attended St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Former Girl Scout counselor at Cloud Rim. Member of the League of Women Voters and the Descendants of the Mayflower.

She was a former member of the Wasatch Mountain Club. She was associated with Eastwood Elementary School, both in the PTA and as a librarian for 15 years. She has also been a service representative for Mountain Bell.

Survived by husband, de Benneville K. Seeley, Jr.; and children, Nathaniel Keim Seeley, Ellen Frances Seeley, and Morris Clothier Seeley; mother, Margaret Parsons Winkle; and brother, Charles B. Winkle.

Memorial services will be at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 20, at Evans & Early Mortuary, 574 East 100 South. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
