Donna Mae Seely (Maxwell) In Loving Memory Happy 74th Birthday Mom! Your smile, laugh and hugs are missed every second of every day. Donna was a long time resident of Edmonds, WA. Born February 11, 1940 in Edmonton Alberta, passed away November 23, 2012 in her home in Lake Stevens with her family by her side after a long, courageous battle with breast cancer. She is preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Ralph B. Seely, both better known as "Uncle Sam and Betsy Ross" as they were on the City of Everett parade float for years. Donna was whole-heartedly involved in her community and City of Edmonds Chamber of Commerce. She spent many years volunteering as a parade marshall at the Edmonds and Seafair 4th of July parades. This was truly her passion. Donna was also a dance instructor in her early years known as "Miss Donna" to her students. Donna is in peace in her favorite places in the world, Oahu, Hi and Edmonds. Donna leaves behind her only child, Laura Milarii; and much loved son-in-law, Kris of Lake Stevens, WA; adored grandson, Ayden (4), special "granddaughter", Hailee (15); sister, Connie Tebbutt (Dave); niece, Renee (Ron) St. Peter; nephew, Scott and "granddaughter", Mandy Harris. ~Long await to feel your hugs again in heaven.
