Leo Burton Seely, 63, of Townville, TD 1, died at Erie Osteopathic Hospital Monday morning 12:30 a.m. after an illness of one month.

He was born in Troy Township March 14, 1909. His father was Ralph R. Seely and his mother was Lottie E. Nevins. He was married to E. Irene Shade. They were married July 9, 1930.

Mr. Seely was employed by the National Forge, Titusville where he was a machinist for 29 years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Townsville.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Irene Seely; two daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Mary Lou) Lang of Guys Mills, Mrs. Hank (Jeannie) Cochran of Nashville, Tenn.; two sons, Donald Leo Seely of Lemon Valley, Nev., and Bernard Jack Seely of Moorpark, Calif.; his mother, Lottie Seely Gilborn, of Townville, RD 1; nine grandchildren: three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Willis Arnold Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and attend the funeral service there Thursday at 2 p.m.

Interment will follow at Kingsley Cemetery, Townville.

SEELY

The funeral service was held Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Willis L. Arnold Funeral Home with the Rev. James H. Cooper, pastor of the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church officiating.

Interment was in the Kingsley Cemetery at Townville with the following as pallbearers: B. Foley, Gerald Schreffler, Spicer Kelly, C. Wheeling, Glenn Grove and Harold Hopkins.
