Seely, Phyllis Elaine 88 June 11, 1925 May 05, 2014 Phyllis lived in Eagle Creek. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Seely; stepdaughter, Joanne Stiles; and daughter, Carol Chance. Phyllis is survived by her children, Shirley Skou, Forrest G. Zuber Jr. and Nancy Ochs; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Bonnie Beisell A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sandy.
