Ralph Seely

MAROA (PNS) - Ralph Seely, 66, died at 355 p.m. Thursday at Decatur and Macon County Hospital at Decatur after an illness of four weeks.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ruble Funeral Home at Maroa, the Rev. Kelvin McCray officiating. Burial will be in Isler Cemetery at Tower Hill.

Visitation will start at 4 o’clock today at the funeral home.

He was born May 23, 1898 at Tower Hill, a son of Thomas and Minnie McNear Seely.

He married Neva Severe Dec. 1, 1923, at Decatur. She died Jan. 9, 1961.

He is survived by two sons, Wilmer and Dean, both of Decatur; two sisters, Mrs. Gussie Ball of Dawson and Mrs. Dorothy Ball of Springfield, and three grandchildren.

He was a member of the Moroa Methodist Church, the Phathian Sunday school class and the Modern Woodmen of America.
