Edward H. Seely

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – June 7. – Edward H. Seely, ninety-two years old, died here to-night. He was well known in New York, where he was once a broker. About ten years ago he retired from business and came to Morristown to live. He was the last but two of a very stange family. There were a father, mother, two daughters, and two sons in all. One of the daugthers became insane, and the other died in Brooklyn under such circumstances that it was thought she had committed suicide. Two years ago Joseph C. Seely cut his throat at the home of his father here. Henry C. Seely, the younger son, and his mother are the only ones left, and Mrs. Seely is considered very eccentric.
