SEELY, Harry IV, died on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002. Born in the U.K., he was a longtime resident of Tampa and North Carolina. Survivors include his mother, Maureen Rosen, three brothers, Steven, Robert and Matthew, and one sister, Linda, all of the Tampa area.
