Mrs. Elmer Seeley Dies at the Age of 74

Mrs. Elmer Seeley, 74, of 2126 LaFollette ave, died early today at a Madison hospital after an illness. The body was taken to the Fitch-Lawrence-Ryan funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Helen Estelle Thurman Seely, 73, died Sunday, are Wednesday at 2:40 p.m. at the Fitch-Lawrence-Ryan funeral home.

Burial will be at Forest Hill cemetery.

A resident of Madison for 43 years, Mrs. Seely was a native of Albany. The family also lived in Oregon for 12 years before coming to Madison.

She is survived by her husband, Elmer Lewis Seely, at home, and six children, Mrs. Theodore Gunkey, Freeport, Ill.; Mrs. H.H. Maas, Minnealpolis, Minn.; Thurman Seely, Eau Claire: Curtis Seely, Milwaukee: and Richard Seely, Wyocena. Three children preceded her in death. Also surviving are two sisters: Mrs. Fan Barton, Alban: and Mrs. Delle Heide, Minneapolis, Minn.
