Pastor Seely, 97 of Medford, died Sunday (November 2, 2003) at his home.

He was born July 1, 1906 in Snohomish, WA to George Adelbert and Lucy Katherine (Waggoner) Seely.

Pastor Seely had lived in the Rogue Valley most of his life and had ministered for over 50 years at various Apostolic Faith Churches in the area. He had also worked for the U.S. Forest Service.

Survivors include a sister, Evelyn Clark; a brother Eugene Seely both of Grants Pass; and a granddaughter, Claudette Goodman of Mississippi.

Friends may pay their respects Thursday, Nov. 6, from 3 to 7:30 p.m., at Hillcrest Mortuary, 2201 N. Phoenix Rd., Medford.

The funeral service for Pastor James E. Seely will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (Nov. 7, 2003) at the Apostolic Faith Church on Sunrise Ave., in Medford. Burial will be in Siskiyou Memorial Park, Medford.
