CENTER HARBOR -- Kendal Seely, 49, of Bean Road died Oct. 9, 2006, at Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia.

She was born in Lancaster, Calif., Sept. 9, 1957, to Thomas Clifton Sr. and Milly Jane (Edwards) Gwynn.

She spent her early years in Lancaster and then moved to Ventura, Calif., where she graduated from Buena High School. She resided in Steamboat Springs, Colo., for several years and then moved to Center Harbor in 1987.

She worked in the real estate business for many years as an agent and an appraiser. From 1988 to 1998, she worked for McLean Associates in Gilford as an appraiser, and from 1998 to the present she owned and operated Seely Appraisal in Center Harbor.

She was an avid skier, and loved to golf and boat. She enjoyed crafts such as knitting, sewing, and beading.

The family includes her husband of 19 years, James T. Seely; daughter Mackenzie R. Seely and son Kerry J. Seely, both of Center Harbor; brothers Toby Gwynn of Norwalk, Calif., Christopher Gwynn of Westwood, Calif., and Allen Gwynn of Santa Paula, Calif.; sister Haven Kimball of Penn Valley, Calif.; nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: Calling hours at the Mayhew Funeral Home, Routes 3 and 104 in Meredith, are Friday from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

A private funeral is Friday in the funeral home.
