Mrs. Mary L. Seely, 73, Dies

Mrs. Mary L. Seely, 73, a resident of Duncan and Marlow for the past 41 years, died at her home, 1408 Chestnut, at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Mrs. Seely was born at Fort Smith, Ark., August 25, 1869, and was converted in the First Baptist Church when she was a girl. She married William H. Seely at Bowie, Tex. He preceded Mrs. Seely in death.

The funeral was scheduled for 4 p.m. today at the Velma Cemetery under the direction of the Steele Funeral Home of Marlow.

Survivors included nine children, Otis Seely and Mrs. Henry Russell, both of Lamesa, Tex.; Harrison and John Seely of Oklahoma City; Mrs. J.L. Starkey of Seminole, Tex.; Mrs. T.J. Kirkpatrick of Marlow; Mrs. Bud Eaves of Davis, and Mrs. Minnie Johnson and Joe Seely, both of Duncan. A sister of Mrs. Seely, Mrs. F.F. Cavel of Hastings, also survives.
