SEELY, Mary Bissland, 72, of Loma Linda, California, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2004, at home. She was a graduate of Sebring High School Class of 1951. Survivors include: sons, Allen and Steven, of Loma Linda, California; daughter, Cindy Devoist of Seattle, Washington; grandson, Christopher Devoist; sister, Carolyn Bissland Sullivan of Frostproof, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Seely, and mother, Ruby Bissland, who for many years was manager of Fisher's Restaurant.
