During the 1980s, Mr. Seely worked for Bethlehem Steel.

A memorial service was scheduled for 2 p.m. tomorrow at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 6515 Loch Raven Blvd. The family suggested memorial donations to St. Andrews.
