Mrs. Nettie Serely, aged 85 years, died June 13 at her home in Knoxville. Funeral services were held Thursday; burial in Riverside cemetery at Knoxville.

Survivors are one son, Jesse R. Seely, of Knoxville, with whom she resided; one daughter, Mrs. Jania Robertson of Pleasant Valley, N.Y.; one sister, Mrs. Julin E. Seely, of Painted Post; a granddaughter, Miss Geraldine Seely, of Elmira, and a grandson, Glen Robertson, of Brooklyn, N.Y.

MRS. NETTIE SEELY

The funeral of Mrs. Nettie Seely who died June 13, was held at Knoxville Thursday; burial in Riverside cemetery at Knoxville.

Mrs. Seely was born in Brookfield, Pa., January 4, 1853, daughter of Rev. Daniel W. and Sallie Ann Wakley Hunt. On October 18, 1871. On October 18, 1871, she was married to George Seely, of Austinburg, who died November 5, 1932.

Three children were born to them, Jesse R. Seely, of Knoxville, with whom she lived, Mrs. Jania Robertson, of Pleasant Valley, and Gerald Seely, deceased. Mrs. Seely had been a resident of Knoxville for 50 years. She was a charter member of the Knoxville Chapter Order of Eastern Star.

Besides the above mentioned survivors there are: one sister, Mrs. Julia E. Seely, of Painted Post; two grandchildren, Glenn Robertson, of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Geraldine Seely, of Elmira; two great-grandchildren, of Brooklyn, two nieces, Mrs. Emmett Palmer of Knoxville and Mrs. F.A. Rice, of Elkland.
