Patricia Ann Seely Patricia Ann Seely, 48, of Placentia, a teacher for the Fullerton School District, died Sunday. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. today at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, Fullerton. Services at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Orange. Burial in New York state. Survived by her sister, Lynn Hamburger of Pennsylvania.
