CEDAR CITY/MT. PLEASANT--Priscilla Menzies Seely, 78, died November 5, 1992 of natural causes.

She was born March 30, 1914 in Winter Quarters, Utah to Robert B. and Margaret Ann Morris Menzies. Married George Carl Seely September 23, 1933; later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died December 27, 1979. Mrs. Seely served many years as a Primary teacher. She worked at Utah Sportswear and as a cook at Wasatch Academy and for the North Sanpete School District. She loved her children and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed embroidery and other handicrafts.

Survived by children, Carl "Corky" Seely, MCGill, Nev.; Leslie "Tuff" Seely, Taylorsville; Mrs. Trent (Norma) Johnson, Valmy, Nev.; Mrs. Jim (Pat) Harrill, Carson City, Nev.; Robert (Bob) Seely, Highland, Calif.; Mrs. Darrell (Sandra) Hansen, Elko, Nev.; Mona L. Seely, Cedar City; Jon Seely, Santa Clara; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Kate Joines, Billings, Mont.; Bob Menzies, Helper; Mrs. Jo Olsen, Mt. Pleasant; Cliff Menzies, Helper; 26 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by daughter, Mrs. Lane (Maggie) Harward and one grandson, Randy Seely.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 9, 1992 at 1:00 p.m., in the Mt. Pleasant 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 300 South State Street. Friends call at Ursenbach Funeral Home, Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and Monday, at the ward chapel, one hour prior to services.

Interment, Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery.
